Employment Application

We are currently hiring both experienced and non-experienced Driver’s and Aides.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant should be at least 21 or above.
• Applicant must be eligible for employment in the United States.
• Applicant must reside in the United States, other than the following areas: AK, FL, HI, MT, ND, SD.
• Hold a valid CDL driver’s license for 3 years. (With S&P Endorsements at time of hire)
• Ability to read and speak English.
• No Felony Convictions in the last 10 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Must PASS a Drug / Alcohol tests / Physical
• Must work well with children
• Applicant must write legibly and be able to understand the rules of the company, the regulations of the Department of Transportation, and the requirements of the position

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Current Driver’s License Number.
• Employment History for past 3 years for inexperienced drivers and 10 years for experienced drivers including:
  • Employer
  • Address 
  • Phone Number
  • Dates of Employment

Any application that does not meet the above outlined standards will not be considered.
